Following AAT review, it is decided by consent that the following conditions are imposed on the applicant's registration pursuant to section 29 of the NVR Act:
1. the applicant:
(i) must maintain and produce on request to the ASQA, class rolls for each class, containing the name of each student scheduled to attend that class, signed by each student who did attend that class at the commencement and ceasing of each class and signed by each trainer/assessor training or assessing in that class for all VET courses;
(ii) identify each student by first and last name, student ID, date of attendance, course code, and identify the trainer/assessor by first name and last name. Student attendance records must be provided to ASQA on request;
(iii) must maintain enrolment records for each international student that includes details of:
- education agent referrals;
- each student's course entry requirement assessment, including the date of the assessment decision; and
- name of decision maker.
