Following AAT review of ASQA's decision to reject the RTO's application for renewal, the Applicant's application for renewal of registration is rejected with respect to the following VET courses:

• SIT20316 Certificate II in Hospitality (this qualifications is currently suspended);
• SIR20216 Certificate II in Retail Services;
• FSK20113 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways;
• BSB30115 Certificate Ill in Business;
• BSB40215 Certificate IV in Business;
• SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of alcohol; and
• 40650SA Certificate I in Education and Skills Development (expired).
