Following AAT review of ASQA's decision to amend the RTO's scope of registration, the Tribunal decided to impose the following condition:

  1. pursuant to the requirements of Section 29 of the NVR Act the Applicant will:
    • Retain in an identifiable and accessible format, either electronic or hard copies of completed Student Assessment Tasks for all units of competency for courses on its VET and CRICOS Scopes of Registration for an on-going period of 18 months from the date of completion.
