Following reconsideration, the Chief Commissioner and Commissioner, Risk Intelligence and Regulatory Support decided to vary the previous decision of the commissioner as delegate made on 31 May 2019,  to the following: 

  1. Give a written direction, under the NVR Act section 35A, requiring the organisation to rectify the breach by the Chief Executive Officer submitting the 2018 Total VET Activity data via NCVER data submission window by a date to be confirmed in consultation with NCVER.
