The RTO applied to ASQA for reconsideration of the decision and ASQA affirmed the decision.

Following AAT review, the parties reached an agreement as to the terms of a decision of the Tribunal. ASQA’s decision to cancel the applicant’s VET registration is set aside and in substitution, it is decided that the Applicant’s registration is not cancelled.
