Impose the following condition, under Section 29 of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011

The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) has placed a Condition, under section 29 of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011, on the registration of Wide Bay Educational Services Pty Ltd. Specifically, Wide Bay Educational Services Pty Ltd must notify ASQA, in writing, at least one month before commencing delivery of nationally recognised training or conducting assessment. This condition is not a regulatory sanction against this organisation.
