On 22 May 2020, following AAT review, the parties reached an agreement.

It is decided by conset that:

  1. The decision to is set aside and in substitution the provider's registration is not cancelled
  2. The provider's registration as an RTO is withdrawn
  3. The provider must not apply to ASQA for initial registration as an RTO under the NVR Act for a period of at least 6 months from the date of the Tribunals Orders, being 22 May 2020.

Note: The decision came into effect on 14 August 2019.
