Following AAT review of ASQA's cancellation decision, the following condition is imposed, pursuant to section 29 of the NVR Act, on the RTO's registration:

  1. The RTO will retain, either electronic or hard copies of completed Student Assessment Tasks, for all qualifications on its VET Scope of Registration for an on-going period of 12 months from the date each student either completes a qualification or withdraws from it.
