On 28 September 2017 the Manager Regulatory Operations decided to:

• i. Impose the following condition, under Section 29 of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011:

The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) has placed a Condition, under section 29 of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011, on the registration of Touchstonecare Pty Ltd as The Trustee for Touchstonecare Trust. Specifically, Touchstonecare Pty Ltd as The Trustee for Touchstonecare Trust must notify ASQA, in writing, at least one month before commencing delivery of nationally recognised training or conducting assessment. This condition is not a regulatory sanction against this organisation.
