Following reconsideration of the decision the Chief Commissioner and the Commissioner, Risk Intelligence and Regulatory Support decided to:

  1. Impose under the NVR Act s 29(1), with immediate effect, the following condition on the RTO’s registration:
    • The RTO must retain copies of all completed student assessment items for each learner enrolled in:
      • FWPHAR2206 Operate a mobile chipper/mulcher
      • FWPCOT2239 Trim and cut felled trees
      • FPIFGM3212 Fall tress manually (intermediate)
      • AHCARB312 Use standard climbing techniques to access trees.
