Following AAT review of ASQA's cancellation decision, the Tribunal decided that:

  1. pursuant to the requirements of s29 of the NVR Act, the Applicant's VET Registration is bound by the following conditions:
    • no addition to the Applicant's current Scope of Registration until 5 August 2020 or whenever the Respondent confirms the Applicant's compliance at a compliance-monitoring audit
    • The Applicant is to retain either electronic or hard copies of completed Student Assessment Tasks for all Units of Competency in the course on its Scope of Registration for an on-going period of 18 months from their date of completion.
