  1. Amend, under the NVR Act s 36(2)(d), the RTO’s scope of registration to remove the following qualifications:
    1. CPP20212 Certificate II in Security Operations
    2. HLTAID003 Provide first aid.
  2. Impose, under the NVR Act s 29(1) the following condition on the RTO’s registration:
    1. The RTO may not apply to add additional qualifications to its scope of registration for a period of two years.
