The Administrative Appeals Tribunal has set aside the Commissioner's decision dated 30 August 2017 and in substitute decided that the following condition be imposed on the provider:

  • The RTO must retain copies of all training and assessment records for all students for all qualifications for the period commencing six (6) months prior to the date of this decision until:
    • 26 March 2019; or
    • upon renewal of th e RTO’s registration after its current registration lapses on 26 March 2019, whichever is later.
