Following the AAT review the following conditions have been imposed on the Applicant's registration under section 29 of the NVR Act:

For a period of two years from the date of implementation of this condition, the RTO must:
i. Retain copies of any assessment material for any assessment of competence for any unit of competency; and
ii. Retain evidence of remedial action undertaken for any students.
