On 10 August 2017 the A/Commissioner decided to:

• i. impose, under the NVR Act s 29(1), the following condition on the RTOs registration:
  • a. the RTO is not permitted to amend its scope of registration to add the following training products for a period of 12 months:
    • RII20213 Certificate II in Surface Extraction Operations;
    • RII20215 Certificate II in Surface Extraction Operations;
    • RII30113 Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations;
    • RII30115 Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations; and
    • any new training package product that would be automatically added to the scope of registration because it is equivalent to one which appears above;
