On 10 October 2014, the Commissioner decided to:
- suspend, under the NVR Act s 36(2)(e) and s 38, all of the RTO’s scope of registration, and
- during the period of suspension, require, under NVR Act s 38(2), the RTO not to:
a) enrol a student in a VET course or part of a VET course
b) allow a VET student to begin a VET course of part of a VET course
c) publish or broadcast an advertisement relating to a VET course or any part of a VET course, or
d) cause to be published or broadcast an advertisement relating to a VET course or any part of a VET course.
The decision took effect from 9 March 2015.
