On 3 May 2013, the Commissioner decided to suspend, under the NVR Act s 36 (2)(e), all of the RTO's scope of registration and, inform the RTO that during the period of suspension it must not:
enrol a student in a VET course or part of a VET course
allow a VET student to begin a VET course or part of a VET course
publish or broadcast an advertisment relating to a VET course or any part of a VET course
cause to be published or broadcast an advertisment relating to a VET course or any part of a VET course
