On 17 August 2017 the Commissioners' decided to:

  • i. impose, under the NVR Act s 29(1), the following condition on the RTO's registration:
    • The RTO must retain copies of all completed student assessment items for each learner enrolled in a Training and Education (TAE) Training Package qualification, skill set or unit of competency, and retain the assessment materials used including material for RPL, for a period of 12 months from the date the decision of competency was made;

with immediate effect
