On 25/09/12 ASQA decided to: 

• suspend, under the NVR Act s 38, the following part of the RTO’s scope of registration with immediate effect and until further notice: 
  • CPP20207 Certificate II in Security Operations 
  • CPP20211 Certificate II in Security Operations 
  • CPP30407 Certificate III in Security Operations 
  • CPP30411 Certificate III in Security Operations 
  • CPP40707 Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management 
  • CPP50611 Diploma of Security and Risk Management 
• during the period of suspension, require, under the NVR Act s 38(2), the RTO not to: 
  • enrol any person in any or any part of the above qualifications; or 
  • allow any person to begin any or any part of the above qualifications; or 
  • publish or broadcast any advertisement relating to any or any part of the above qualifications; or 
  • cause to be published or broadcasted any advertisement relating to any or any part of the above qualifications
