Review information

Following AAT review, the parties reached an agreement as to the terms of a decision of the Tribunal. It is decided that:

  1. the decision under section 17 of the NVR Act to reject the Applicant's application for renewal of registration as an RTO in full is set aside and in substitution the Applicant's application for renewal of its NVR registration is granted and pursuant to s 17(5) of the NVR Act, the Applicant's registration is renewed for a period of two (2) years commencing from 5 November 2019
  2. pursuant to section 35A of the NVR Act, the Applicant is hereby given a written direction requiring the Applicant to rectify all outstanding non-compliances identified in the Evidence Analysis Report dated 25 September 2019, within 20 days of the date of these orders and to retain evidence of these rectifications for inspection by the Respondent at the next regulatory activity.
