The following conditions are imposed on the RTO's registration under s 29(1) of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011:

1. The RTO must retain and present to ASQA on request all completed student assessment material for all Vocational Education and Training (“VET”) students for all VET courses for two (2) years commencing on the date on which a student is issued with a qualification
2. The RTO  must maintain and produce on request to the Respondent, class rolls for each class, containing the name of each student scheduled to attend that class, signed by each student who did attend that class at the commencement and ceasing of each class and signed by each trainer/assessor training or assessing in that class for all VET courses.
