Following the AAT review the following conditions have been imposed on the Applicant's registration under section 29 of the NVR Act:

i. the Applicant must retain copies of:
a. enrolment records; and
b. all records of completed assessments
for each student for all TAE training products on the scope of the Applicant’s registration for a period of 12 months from the date each student is issued with a TAE qualification by the Applicant.

ii. the Applicant retains an Australian Qualifications Framework qualifications issuance register, including the following information:
a. student first and surname;
b. student contact details (phone number, email address, residential/postal address);
c. code and name of course;
d. date of enrolment;
e. mode of assessment (specific whether ‘Recognition of Prior Learning’ was used); and
f. date of qualification issue.
