The Commissioner Risk, Intelligence and Regulatory Support decided to:

  • i. impose, under the NVR Act s 29(2) the following condition on the RTO's registration;
    • a. the RTO must retain and present to ASQA on request, all complete assessment materials, including material for RPL, for all learners for all training products on the RTO's scope of registration for one year from the date of the final assessment decision for each unit of competency or module.
