Following AAT review of ASQA's cancellation decision, the Tribunal decided:

1. the following VET courses are removed from the Applicant’s scope of registration pursuant to section 36(2)(d) of the NVR Act:
   
   1. CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care;
   2. CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care;
   3. SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality;
   4. SIR40416 Certificate IV in Hospitality;
   5. SHBBNLS002 Apply nail gel enhancements; and
   6. SIBBNLS201A Work in nail services framework.
