The Commissioner Regulatory Operations decided to:

1. vary, under the NVR Act s 29(2) the conditions on the RTO's registration to be:
   
   1. for all delivery and/or assessment of TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and any new training package product that would be automatically added to the scope of registraton of the RTO because it is equivalent to one which appears above, Blueprint Career Development Pty Ltd is required until 22 September 2018 to:
      • provide no less than seven days prior notice to ASQA of its intention to commence training and/or assessment to the learners other than:
        • high school teachers who teach VET subjects; or
        • individuals who are not high school teachers byt who hold the qualification TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; and
      • on request, provide to ASQA the training and assessment strategies it intends to implement; and
      • retain all completed learner assessment items and all versions of all assessment master tools used for a period of two hears from the date of assessment for the relevant unit of competency is completed and provide these to ASQA on request.
