Following reconsideration of the decision the Chief Commissioner and the Commissioner, Risk Intelligence and Regulatory Support decided to vary the previous decision of the Commissioner, Regulatory Operations as delegate and:

  • Amend, under the NVR Act s 36(2)(d), the RTO’s scope of registration to remove:
    • ​CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
    • ​And any new training product that would be automatically added to the scope of registration because it is equivalent to one which appears above

with effect 35 calendar days after the date the RTO is given written notice of the decision.

On 30 October 2017 the Commissioner Regulatory Operations decided to:

    1. MSL40116 Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques
    2. RII30915 Certificate III in Civil Construction
    3. CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
    4. and any new training package product which would be automatically added to the scope of registration because it is equivalent to one which appears above.
