The Commissioner decided to:

i. Impose, under NVR Act s 29(1), the following conditions on the RTO’s registration:

a. the RTO must retain and present to ASQA on request:

i. All completed assessment materials for all learners for all training products on the RTO’s scope of registration for one year from the date of the final assessment decision for each unit of competency or module,

ii. All completed evaluations, tests or similar instruments used to determine the suitability of each and every prospective learner for each and every training product they have enrolled in or applied to enrol in, regardless of whether or not the enrolment was accepted by the RTO and regardless of who conducted the evaluation, test or similar (including any party external to the RTO) for one year from the date the evaluation, test or similar is conducted.
