The Commissioner Regulatory Operations decided to:
i. impose, under the NVR Act s 39(1), the following condition on the RTO's registration:
"International Institute of Training (Australia) Pty Ltd must retain copies of all completed student assessments, including evidence of the remedial actions taken, and any RPL assessments conducted for the entire period of its current registration or until a full monitoring audit is conducted:
- for all its scope of registration; and
- any new training package product that would automatically be added to the scope of registration because is is equivalent to one which appears above; and
- in addition, any new training product that may be added to its scope of registration that is different to the qualifications audited;
with immediate effect.
