for a period of 2 years the applicant must securely retain and present to ASQA on request:

1. all completed student assessment records (including any remedial or gap assessment) for all VET students for all VET courses for 12 months from the date of completion;
2. all records demonstrating ongoing compliance with Standard 11.2.3 of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 of the ESOS Act. Each record must include evidence of appropriate arrangements for the supervision and assessment of any work-based training undertaken for a period of 12 months from the date on which the student ceases to be a student;
3. all timetables which include unit of competency, week, day, timing, duration, room, room capacity and location for all VET courses and for a period of 2 years from the date of the completion of the course;
4. evidence of systematically monitoring its operations to ensure ongoing compliance, as required by clause 2.2 of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Standards), for a period of 2 years, including:
   • minutes of the Training and Assessment Committee;
   • reports to the Training and Assessment Committee regarding monitoring or reviewing the Assessment Moderation Policy and Assessment Moderation Action Plan;
   • reports to the Training and Assessment Committee regarding monitoring or reviewing the Assessment Validation Policy and Assessment Validation Action Plan; and
   • reports to the Training and Assessment Committee regarding monitoring or reviewing the Continuous Improvement Policy.
