On 2 October 2017, the Commissioner decided to: 
i. impose, under the NVR Act s 29(1), the following condition on the RTO's registration: 
a. the RTO must retain copies of all completed student assessment items for each learner enrolled in: 
- TAEDEL404 Mentor in the workplace; 
- TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills 
- TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools 
and retain the assessment materials used including material for RPL, for a period of 12 months from the date the decision of competency was made 
with immediate effect.
