On 4 September 2017 the A/Commissioner Regulatory Operations decided to:

  • ii. approve that the following conditions are imposed on the registration of ASEM Pty Ltd, effective from 1 October 2017:
    • a. the RTO must only train, assess and/or issue AQF certification (excluding re-issue of certificateion to replace a previously issued document) to learners having commenced study with the RTO as at 30 September 2017;
    • b. the RTO must not actively market, or otherwise seek to recruit or enrol any new learners from 1 October 2017
