Following AAT review, it was decided by consent that the following conditions are imposed on the applicant's registration pursuant to section 29 of the NVR Act:
(1) commencing from the date of these Decisions and for the entire period of its registration, the applicant must securely retain, and provide to ASQA on request, copies of all completed student assessment items for 30 per cent of all students in all classes in all qualifications on its scope of registration, (per the definition in ASQA's General Direction Retention requirements for completed student assessment items and clearly identifiable as to which student and unit/s each item relates to) and copies of the master assessment tools used for each assessment, for a period of two (2) years from the date on which the judgement of competence for each relevant unit of competency is made;
(2) the applicant must retain evidence of validations completed, and evidence of any amendments, for all units of competency in each qualification on its scope of registration and submit it to ASOA on request; and
(3) commencing from the date of these Decisions, the applicant must retain evidence of professional development activities of staff for a period of two (2) years from the date of the Decision.
