On 5/12/12 the Commissioner decided to:
• suspend, under the NVR Act s 38, all of the RTO's registration and during the period of suspension require the RTO, under the NVR Act s 38(2), not to:
o enrol any new students in a VET Course
o allow a student to begin a VET course or part of a VET course
o broadcast or advertise in relation to a VET course or part of a VET course
o cause to be published or broadcast an advertisement relating to a VET course or part of a VET course.
The Commissioner decided that the decision is to take effect on 31 January 2013.
