Following reconsideration, the Chief Commissioner and the Commissioner, Risk Intelligence and Regulatory Support decided to vary the previous decision of the Commissioner, Regulatory Operations as delegate to the following:

• i. Grant, under the NVR Act s 17, the following part of the application for renewal of registration as an RTO:
  • CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support
  • CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
  • CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability
  • CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and Health

with effect, 35 calendar days after the date the RTO is given written notice of the decision.

• ii. Reject, under the NVR Act s 17, the following part of the application for renewal of registration as an RTO:
  • SIT20316 Certificate II in Hospitality
  • SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality
  • HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • HLTAID003 Provide first aid

and any new training package product that would be automatically added to the scope of registration because it is equivalent to one which appears above with effect, 35 calendar days after the date the RTO is given written notice of the decision.
