Following AAT review, ASQA's decision to reject the application hsa been set aside.
The following condition has been imposed under section 29 of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011:
• The provider will retain either electronic or hard copies of completed Student Assessment Tasks for all courses on its scope of registration for an on-going period of 18 months from the date of the completion of the Assessment Tasks.
