Suspend,the following part of the RTO’s scope of registration:

  • AUR30616 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  • AUR30620 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  • AUR40216 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
  • AUR50216 Diploma of Automotive Technology
  • CPC30211 Certificate III in Carpentry
  • CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry, and
  • any new training package product that would be automatically added to the scope of registration because it is equivalent to one which appears above, and
  • recommend that a notice be given under s 95(3)(a) to enable the provider to accept money from current students, and

During the period of suspension, require the RTO not to:

  • do anything for the purpose of recruiting or enrolling overseas students or intending overseas students for the course at the location; or
  • solicit or accept any money from an overseas student or an intending overseas student for the course at location; or
  • if an accepted student has not begun the course – permit the student to begin the course at the location.
