On 23/1/2014 ASQA's Commissioner Compliance decided to:
impose the sanction to suspend, under s 36 (2)(e) and s 38, all of the RTO's scope of registration; and
notify the RTO that, under s 38 (2) (a)-(d) the RTO cannot
o enrol a student in a VET course or part of a VET course; or
o allow a VET student to begin a VET course or part of a VET course
o publish or broadcast an advertisement relating to a VET course or any part of a VET course; or
o cause to be published or broadcast an advertisement relating to a VET course or any part of a VET course.
effective 30 days after the RTO receives notification of the decision.
