As a student, you have certain rights and obligations.
When enrolling, the provider must give you clear information. This includes telling you about:
-
course delivery
-
any third-party involvement
-
support services
-
the complaints process.
Your obligations include:
-
meeting payment terms
-
following course requirements
-
meeting loan obligations.
During the course, the provider must tell you if your enrolment changes, such as the cost or duration. They must also give you access to:
-
IT help
-
support services
-
learning resources.
If you have a dispute with your provider about fees, loans or refunds, external organisations can help. We cannot resolve disputes between students and providers.
