Additional information: 

The decision has been stayed by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) subject to the following conditions:

  1. the Applicant is not to accept any new enrolments in any courses on its VET scope;
  2. the Applicant is not to create any new Confirmation of Enrolments (CoEs) for any new enrolments in any courses on its CRICOS scope under the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (Cth) (ESOS Act);
  3. the Applicant is not to publish or broadcast an advertisement relating to a VET course or any part of a VET course; and
  4. the Applicant is not to cause to be published or broadcast an advertisement relating to a VET course or any part of a VET course.
